For conducting a delivery agreement you will need the following package of documents:

For legal entities:

  • Statute (copy);
  • State Customer Registration Certificate (copy);
  • Record from the Uniform State Register of the Legal Entities (original should be provided not later than 20 calendar days from the date of issue);
  • Decision on the appointment of the director by the Customer authority (copy);
  • Letter of attorney for a person signing a contract (original or notarized copy);

For individual persons:

  • State Customer Registration Certificate (copy);
  • Certificate of Registration with the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Office (copy);
  • Passport (copy);

The first delivery is carried out on cash or pre-payment basis; the next deliveries are accomplished under the terms of payment specified by a contract.
